Basic plan terms

Any business that registers on Shena may use the Basic version of the digital stamp card with no monthly fee, for as long as the account remains active. There is no time limit on this, and no payment card is required to register.

The plan applies to the account itself. It follows the business that registered, and cannot be transferred to a different business or resold.

The Basic version is the digital stamp card and everything needed to run it: creating and editing stamp cards, the QR code customers use to join, stamp approval by your team, reward redemption, your customer list, and the transaction history behind it.

Basic is metered on five things: the number of active stamp cards, the number of branches, the number of staff users, the number of customers, and the number of transactions per period. The figures that apply to your account are shown in the account itself, and those are the figures that govern — this page does not restate them, so that the terms and the product can never disagree.

Should a Basic limit ever be reduced, accounts already active keep the limits they registered under.

Features that have not launched are not part of the Basic version. Points programs, digital coupons, gift cards, campaigns, push notifications and advanced customer insights are in development, and may be offered as paid premium features or add-on services when they are released.

The no-monthly-fee guarantee covers the Basic stamp-card version only. Choosing to add a premium feature later is a separate decision, with its own price, and declining one never affects the Basic version.

We may change the features of the Basic version as the product develops, but the no-monthly-fee guarantee stays in place for as long as an account remains active.

If an account is closed, or is suspended for breach of our terms, the plan ends with it. Registering again later is subject to whatever terms are current at that time.
