Shena is a digital loyalty platform for local businesses. The business creates a digital stamp card, customers collect stamps on their phone, and a full card turns into a reward the business defines. More types of loyalty programs will be launched gradually.

Shena is built for local businesses that see the same customers repeatedly: restaurants, cafés, hairdressers, salons and local stores.
Is Shena free?
Yes. The Basic version of Shena's digital stamp card is free forever, with no monthly fee. Future premium features and add-on services may be offered separately.
Which features are coming later?
We are developing points programs, digital coupons, gift cards, campaigns, push notifications and improved customer insights. Features will be released gradually when they are ready.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. The customer's loyalty card runs in the web browser and can be added to the home screen, so there is nothing to install from an app store.
Does the customer need a paper card?
No. The card and its progress are digital, so a customer can never lose it or forget it at home.
Can I choose my own reward?
Yes. You set the earning terms, the number of stamps required and the reward, whether that is a free item, a discount or something else.
Do I need technical knowledge or special hardware?
